By using rocketscodeai.cl you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site

Site content is informational and describes RocketsCodeAI services. It is not a binding offer; each project is governed by its own proposal and contract.

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.

3. Intellectual property

The RocketsCodeAI brand, logo, texts and site design are our property or used with permission. Third-party technology names and logos belong to their respective owners.

On custom development projects, ownership of the delivered code is transferred to the client as agreed in each contract.

4. Professional services

Scope, timelines, pricing, confidentiality and warranties for each service are defined in the proposal and contract signed with each client, which prevail over these terms.

5. Liability

We do our best to keep site information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or that the site will be available without interruption.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago.
