What does RocketsCodeAI do?
RocketsCodeAI is a Chilean custom software and applied AI company. We design, build and support web platforms, apps, APIs, AI agents and automations for companies in education, healthcare, veterinary health, real estate and rentals, banking, retail, fashion, music, video games, infrastructure and technology, including open source software.
Where are you based?
Our team is based in Ñuñoa, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile. We work remotely and in hybrid mode with clients across Chile and other Latin American countries.
How much does custom software cost in Chile?
It depends on each project. Pricing is based on scope and number of features, integrations with other systems (ERP, CRM, payments), the use of AI, security requirements and timelines. That's why we start with a free assessment meeting and then send a proposal with fixed pricing per stage, so you know from the start what you'll invest and what you get in each delivery.
How long does a project take?
An AI pilot or automation can be in production in 2 to 4 weeks. An MVP takes 6 to 10 weeks, and a full platform 3 to 6 months, with working deliveries every two weeks.
Which AI models do you work with?
We work with OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) models, orchestrated with n8n or custom code. We choose the model based on cost, accuracy and privacy for each case, and can switch it without rebuilding the system.
How do you protect my company's data?
We apply access control, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs and confidentiality agreements. Personal data handling is aligned with Chile's data protection law (Ley 21.719), and we never use client data to train models.
Who owns the code you build?
The client does. At the end of each stage we hand over the repository, technical documentation and credentials for every service.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. We provide support and maintenance for the software we build: bug fixes, updates, improvements and application monitoring. Scope and terms depend on each system and are agreed in the contract. We don't manage infrastructure: servers or cloud stay with your team or provider, and we advise on deployment.
